We\’re working exclusively with one of our VIP clients, a successful planning-led multidisciplinary consultancy based in Central London who have extremely strong and exciting plans for their Infrastructure Planning Teams!

THE HEADLINES:

Title : Town Planner (DCO/Infrastructure)

Experience required : 3+ Years\’ Experience (Minimum)

Salary : £45,000 (Dependent on experience) + EOT Bonus & Reliable Bonus

Location : Central London

Type of Company : Planning-Led Multidisciplinary SME

Hybrid working : Yes

WHO ARE THEY?

Our client have created a strong and successful name for themselves, especially for their Infrastructure Team! They\’re actively looking to expand this team across multiple levels! If you have experience working on infrastructure-type projects or DCO\’s, I know they\’ll be interested in you – get in touch!

WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3+ years of UK Town Planning experience.
  • Experience working on infrastructure projects / DCO\’s, NSIP\’s.
  • Member of RTPI preferred, or at least working towards MRTPI.
  • Development management or policy planning experience, happy to work within a dynamic team.
  • Must have good use of initiative, a commercial mindset and be able to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
