An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Programme Management Office in Velindre Cancer Centre (VCC) for a Project Manager. We are looking for a motivated, organised, enthusiastic, and experienced Project Manager who understands the challenges of delivering something new and wants to use their skills to support and enable the delivery of clinical and operational projects, as outlined in the VCC IMTP.

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across our organisation.
  • Managing key projects from inception to conclusion.
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders, organising events or workshops, and ensuring initiation and delivery of multiple projects successfully.

The applicant should hold a Project Management qualification and have experience of managing multiple projects within a programme portfolio. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
