Are you fluent in Spanish (Latin America), Brazilian Portuguese, or German and interested in working at the heart of the digital world? We're hiring Content Moderation Specialists to join an international team in Dublin, supporting a leading global online platform. This role is ideal for candidates who value accuracy, responsibility, and working in a structured, fast-paced environment.
Location: Dublin, Ireland (on-site)
Eligibility: EU passport or valid Irish work permit required
Experience: At least 6 months experience in a content moderation role
Languages: Spanish (LATAM) or Brazilian Portuguese or German (minimum C1) Plus English B2+
Contract: Full-time | Rotational shifts (including weekends)
Your Role:
- Review and assess user-generated content according to platform guidelines
- Identify policy violations and apply moderation standards consistently
- Escalate sensitive or complex cases following internal procedures
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and compliant online environment
- Accurately document decisions using internal tools
