We are hiring a Dutch-speaking Junior O2C Specialist to join a global finance operations team in Porto. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in accounting, finance, or accounts receivable looking to grow within an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Handle customer invoicing, payments, and account reconciliations
- Resolve billing discrepancies and support collections
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or similar
- Minimum 6 months experience in O2C / Accounts Receivable / Finance (2–5 years is a strong advantage)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite is a plus)
- Dutch (C1+) + English (C1)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Customer-focused and able to multitask
Working Conditions
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 18:00
- Weekends off
- On-site in Porto
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: €1,557.10 x 14 months
- Meal allowance: €7.63/day
- Welcome bonus (paid monthly across first year)
- Health insurance from Day 1 (fully covered after 6 months)
