We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Junior O2C Specialist to join an international finance team in Porto. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in finance or accounting who want to grow their career in a stable, structured environment.
Working Conditions
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
- Days off: Saturday and Sunday
- Employment type: Full-time, on-site
- Salary: €1,300 gross x 14 months + bonus
- Welcome Bonus (Dutch): €2,000

Role Responsibilities
- Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable processes
- Monitor and manage customer accounts
- Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Deliver high-quality, customer-oriented service
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable / O2C / Finance operations (2–5 years of experience are a plus)
- Knowledge of accounting and finance principles
- Strong analytical skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus
- Dutch: C1 level (spoken and written)
- English: C1 level
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to multitask
