Start or grow your career in digital marketing in Barcelona. We are hiring German-speaking professionals to join a fast-growing international team working on digital marketing and Google Ads projects. You will have the opportunity to join as a Sales Executive (new business), an Onboarding Account Manager (client growth & retention), or a more sales-driven outbound specialist role, supporting companies across the German market. All roles offer strong career progression in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

Your role

  • Sales Executive (New Business)
    • Prospect and engage new clients via outbound calls
    • Identify business needs and propose tailored advertising solutions
    • Close deals and drive new revenue
    • Build and manage your own sales pipeline
  • Onboarding Account Manager (Growth & Retention)
    • Manage and onboard a portfolio of new clients
    • Develop and optimize PPC campaigns
    • Increase client investment through upselling and performance improvements
    • Build long-term relationships and reduce churn
  • Sales Specialist (Outbound Focus)
    • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients
    • Promote and sell digital marketing services
    • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM tools
    • Follow up consistently and manage client interactions
    • Analyze competitors and support sales strategy development

What you bring

  • Native-level German (C2) and strong English (C1)
  • Around 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and managing pipelines
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

Nice to have

  • Understanding of the German market and business culture
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, PPC campaigns, and ROI
