We are currently hiring Greek, Czech, Polish, and Hungarian-speaking Content Moderation Specialists to join an international Trust & Safety team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will help maintain safe and compliant online environments for global e-commerce and digital platforms. If you are detail-oriented and interested in digital platforms, moderation, and online community standards, this opportunity can be an excellent step in your international career.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (on-site)
Languages Required: Greek, Czech, Polish, or Hungarian (C1–C2 level), English (B2+). If you speak additional languages, please mention them in your application, as additional opportunities may be available across other projects.
What You Will Do:
- Review and moderate user-generated content in accordance with platform policies and safety standards
- Identify and escalate content that violates guidelines or local regulations
- Ensure that online communities remain respectful and compliant
- Document moderation actions accurately within internal systems
- Support platform integrity during high-volume periods such as seasonal promotions or major campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent policy enforcement
Contract and Schedule: Full-time position. Rotational shifts may apply depending on the project.
