Two On-Site Opportunities in Lisbon for Polish Speakers – No Experience Required!
We are looking for Polish-speaking professionals to join our teams in Lisbon, Portugal. Two roles are available, and no prior experience is required. You will start immediately under contract, including paid training, and accommodation is provided from day one.
Role 1: Customer Service Representative (Polish + English)- Location: Lisbon (on-site)
- Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 (rotating shifts)
- Days Off: 2 rotating days per week
- No prior experience needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy and rational decision-making
- Ability to manage high contact volumes during peak periods
Role 2: Content Moderator (Polish + English)
- Location: Lisbon (on-site)
- Working Hours: 24/7 – Monday to Sunday (rotating shifts)
- Days Off: 2 rotating days per week
- No prior experience needed
- Strong moderation and decision-making skills
- Good understanding of e-commerce
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Salary & Benefits (both roles):
- Base salary: 920€ x 14 months
- Performance bonus: 45€ x 11 months
- Meal allowance
- Night & weekend shift bonuses
- 1,000€ signing bonus
