We are currently looking for Native Dutch speakers (C1–C2, Netherlands standard — no Flemish accents) with B2 English to join a Customer Support team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-growing international environment while building a long-term career. Relocation candidates are welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries and issues
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Accurately document interactions in internal systems
  • Follow company service standards and procedures

Requirements

  • Dutch (C1–C2, near‑native — Netherlands standard only)
  • English B2 minimum
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy

  • Residency card (valid for more than 1 year)
  • Refugee card

Please note: Work permits and Blue Cards are not accepted.

Salary

EUR 2045 gross per month (x12) + EUR 100 performance bonus €800 Welcome Bonus
