We are currently hiring Hungarian-speaking candidates for a Customer Support position based in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is a hybrid role, starting in the office for the training and integration period, and later allowing you to work from home. The role involves email-based customer support - no phone calls, only written communication with clients. Role: Customer Support Agent (Email only)
Languages Required: Hungarian (C1+) and English (B1-B2)
Start Date: Mid-November 2025
Contract Type: Full-time, permanent, 40 hours per week
Monthly Salary: From 1,600 net per month
Relocation Support: Training: Fully paid and conducted in Sofia office
