We are looking for native or fluent Swedish speakers with a Bachelor's degree to join a team working on next-generation AI technologies. This is not a content moderation role, but more of an AI evaluator position, where you will create and review written prompts and conversation flows to support advanced speech-based systems.
Location: North West Germany (close to Dortmund and Düsseldorf)
Relocation Support: 2 months accommodation + up to 250 euro travel reimbursement
Signing Bonus: 3,000 euro (1,500 after 3 months + 1,500 after 6 months)
Requirements:
- Fluency in Swedish + B2 level English
- Valid work permit for Germany or EU passport
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Comfortable working on-site and with varied content
