Experienced Primary Care Recruitment Consultant - Contract Desk

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience + uncapped commission

Vela Medical Group is looking for an experienced Primary Care Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Luton.
This is an opportunity for an established recruiter who already understands the Primary Care market and has a proven track record of managing a successful 360 recruitment desk .
You will take responsibility for developing and managing relationships with GP Practices, PCNs and other Primary Care providers, while building and maintaining a strong network of healthcare professionals.
The Role
You will manage the full 360 recruitment process, including:
- Developing new and existing Primary Care clients
- Winning and negotiating new business
- Managing and growing an active contract/locum desk
- Sourcing, screening and placing healthcare professionals
- Managing client and candidate relationships
- Negotiating rates and commercial terms
- Identifying new opportunities within existing accounts
- Working towards individual and team revenue targets
What We're Looking For
You must have previous Primary Care recruitment experience and a demonstrable track record within a 360 recruitment role.
We are particularly interested in recruiters with experience recruiting GPs, ANPs/ACPs, Practice Nurses, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians and other Primary Care professionals.
You’ll be commercially driven, confident developing new business and capable of managing the entire recruitment lifecycle independently.
