Vektora Global was founded in November 2025, by a proven top biller with over 10 years of experience in Go-To-Market talent acquisition across Cyber, Data, Fintech and Health-tech. Vektora Global was born from a simple belief, that fast growing companies deserve a recruitment partner that moves with the same clarity, energy and precision as they do. Partnering with VCs, Founders and software vendors across Cyber Security, Data, AI, Fintech and Health-tech, we focus heavily on Go-To-Market and Technical hiring across the US and EMEA. Our current partners include a number of high-growth, VC-backed security and identity vendors across the US and EMEA, several of whom have raised significant Series A–D funding rounds.

What we're looking for:

  • An ambitious, proven consultant with 3+ years of agency recruitment experience
  • A background recruiting professionals in Go-To-Market, Software Engineering, Data, Cyber Security, or AI
  • 360 experience ideal, but we're open to strong 180 recruiters with the right drive
  • A genuine self-starter — we don't micromanage, and we won't be running daily check-ins, so you'll need to be comfortable owning your own desk
  • Willingness to travel to events across Europe and the US
  • Candidates must come from recruitment agencies only

The set-up:

Based from our office at 100 Bishopsgate, central London, 2–3 days a week.
