Based in London and working closely with the Wholesale Europe team and HQ functions, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of key UK wholesale partners, while ensuring smooth coordination between the UK market and VEJA’s central teams.

This role is ideal for a highly organized sales professional with prior key account experience in a small or fast-growing company, who enjoys working closely with clients while also excelling in analysis, coordination, and internal alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic UK wholesale accounts, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Develop new customers and possible distribution networks.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with buyers and key stakeholders, ensuring trust, clarity, and continuity.
  • Lead seasonal collection presentations and order discussions, ensuring alignment with commercial guidelines and brand strategy.
  • Support contract renewals and contribute to commercial negotiations in collaboration with the Sales Manager Europe.
  • Host product and brand knowledge trainings with key retailers.
  • Act as a key liaison between UK accounts and HQ teams (Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing).
  • Translate client needs and market feedback into clear, structured insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of sales forecasts, order intake, and data reporting.
  • Coordinate showroom preparation, appointment planning, and seasonal launches.
Performance Monitoring & Analysis
  • Track and analyse wholesale KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, distribution, performance by account).
  • Prepare sales analyses, reports, and business reviews to support decision-making and account strategy.
  • Monitor delivery schedules, invoicing, and payments in close collaboration with Customer Service and Finance teams.
Brand & Distribution Excellence
  • Ensure consistency and quality of VEJA’s brand image across UK wholesale partners, including in-store and online distribution.
  • Provide partners with product information, assets, and tools (with the support of a Sales Assistant where relevant).
  • Contribute to ongoing market and competitor monitoring within the UK fashion and footwear ecosystem.

This role may evolve over time depending on business needs and ongoing projects.

Profile
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • First solid experience in Key Account Management, ideally within a small or medium-sized organisation.
  • Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented, with a strong analytical mindset (business analyst–type profile welcomed).
  • Comfortable working with data, forecasts, and KPIs, while eager to develop a stronger client-facing dimension.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and rapport with clients without a heavy field presence.
  • Able to navigate a matrix organisation and collaborate efficiently with HQ and cross-functional teams.
  • Interest in fashion and strong alignment with ethical and sustainable values.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with SAP and/or ERP systems is a plus.
