As CRM Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the full patient communication journey from initial enquiry through to post-treatment care with a particular focus on acquisition lead nurture, database reactivation and conversion. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, and you'll work closely with our Sales team to align communications with commercial goals. You'll use insight, empathy, and technical skill to develop email and SMS CRM journeys that are not only relevant and engaging but also drive results. We're a small, dynamic team, and you will have sole responsibility for CRM. This means you'll need to be hands-on, proactive, and confident working independently at times, as well as with support from our digital marketing agency.
What you'll need:
- Proven experience in a CRM or lifecycle marketing role, ideally in a healthcare or experience brand environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools; Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a strong plus as well as Pabau (our clinic system used for service communications).
- Excellent collaboration skills; you understand the value of working closely with Sales and Operations and aligning on goals.
