Key responsibilities:
- Support the product engine - Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to help keep Vega’s product development and delivery processes running smoothly.
- Build and refine operational processes - Design, improve, and document internal processes that support Vega’s product operating system.
- Enable client automation and digitisation - Support initiatives that help clients automate, digitise, and standardise their operational workflows through Vega’s platform.
- Work on AI-enabled workflows - Assist with building and refining AI-driven workflows and operational processes that support Vega’s AI-powered platform.
- Drive execution across teams - Collaborate across product, engineering, and operations to ensure projects move forward efficiently.
- Solve real operational problems - Identify inefficiencies in how things work today and help design better ways of operating as the company scales.
