Key Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end HR processes, including hiring, visa process, onboarding, leave administration, and offboarding.
- Ensuring accurate employee record maintenance and compliance with policies and legal requirements.
- Acting as the first point of contact for employees and line managers on all Human Resource queries.
- Generating HR documentation (contracts, verification letters) and maintaining personnel files.
- Preparing and generating standard HR reports and dashboards to track SLA compliance and process quality.
- Providing input and support to managers and employees ensuring the correct execution of HR processes and procedures are adopted through the system.
- Assisting when required on recruitment activities, including preparing job descriptions and job advertisements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or HR service delivery.
- Strong knowledge of UK labour laws and employment regulations.
- Ability to take ownership of initiatives and driving them forward.
- Flexibility to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively as part of a team.
