Veezu is seeking a Dispatcher in our Journey Booking Centre in Shrewsbury to dispatch bookings efficiently, maximise Driver Partner completion, and keep passengers on time. You will work with Driver Partners and offshore partners to ensure great service.
Reporting to the Team Manager, you will optimise driver capacity, handle inquiries, and use the zone controller and messaging tools to coordinate responses. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.
