Veeva Systems – Product Manager, Med Tech
Own the success of Link Key People as our next Product Manager, with a focus on the Med Tech industry.
You will immerse yourself in our customers' workflows to translate their needs into scalable, data‑driven solutions that deliver significant value and accelerate market adoption of Link Key People in Med Tech.
Responsibilities
- Drive the product strategy and roadmap for our Med Tech segment, ensuring alignment with user needs, market opportunities, and broader company objectives.
- Translate Med Tech workflows and user needs into scalable, intuitive product solutions powered by structured data.
- Lead continuous discovery efforts through interviews, data analysis, and feedback sessions to deeply understand Med Tech user pains and needs.
- Influence commercial activities, positioning, and enablement for product launches and updates.
- Develop deep subject matter expertise in the Med Tech industry, focusing on Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement strategies, user data requirements, and critical workflows.
- Partner with other Link product managers, data leads and engineering teams to achieve best possible results for Med Tech customers.
- Communicate and present complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders, from engineers to commercial teams.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience delivering B2B Saa S or data‑driven products from concept to launch (experience in consulting is highly valued).
- Demonstrated ability to make data‑informed product decisions, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives to drive product strategy and roadmap execution.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a talent for translating complex qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights and clear product requirements.
- Experience in customer‑facing interactions including user interviews, roadmap presentations and support in commercial activities.
- In‑depth knowledge of the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical domain.
- Prior experience in Med Tech.
- Previous experience working with KOL, HCP, or HCO data.
- Experience with Gen AI, LLM applications and SQL.
