The Role

Veeva Link Key People empowers Pharma and MedTech leaders to identify and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), through real time digital and scientific insights. By joining Veeva, you aren’t just managing data, you are helping accelerate drug development and improve patient outcomes.

You will lead cross functional initiatives to elevate our deep data product. You will focus on the entire lifecycle of KOL data, from collection to quality improvement to data visualization. As the bridge between Data/Software teams and our customers you will enable our data to be actionable.

  • Translate customer needs into development initiatives which you will then drive and coordinate
  • Work cross functionally with both customer facing teams as well as PMs and development teams
  • Ensure that data gets built with the highest quality and then presented in the right way through the UI
  • Work with smart and dedicated colleagues will ensure you are constantly challenged in this role
  • Drive and coordinate product development initiatives with Data and Software PMs
  • Develop requirements and feature specifications
  • Support customer-facing teams around data and product questions
  • Suggest improvements and new features around our data based on customer needs
  • Monitor data quality and identify new, relevant ways of measuring this
  • Coordinate and communicate across multiple teams and functions
  • 8+ professional experience
  • 5+ years in data and software product development
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (in English), with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders, from engineers to commercial teams
  • Attention to detail
  • Fast learner, team first and work ethic
