Overview
As Senior Director of Product Management for EU, you will lead Veeva Nitro’s EU product direction and ensure it meets Europe’s regulatory, data-privacy, and market needs. You will translate EU customer needs into the global roadmap, partnering with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes. Your focus is on AI-native capabilities that empower non-technical commercial teams with actionable insights. This role combines startup speed with enterprise scale in a global organization, offering meaningful impact on Europe’s Nitro platform and customer success.

Responsibilities
- Own EU customer discovery and advocacy, feeding the European perspective into the global roadmap
- Prioritize EU engineering workstream and drive feature outcomes
- Own Europe’s regulatory and data compliance posture, aligning with GDPR, data residency, and EMA needs
- Collaborate with sales, services, and legal to accelerate value for EU customers
- Maintain market intelligence on EU competitors, regulation, and data ecosystem to steer strategy
- Lead AI-native product direction and articulate its value to customers and engineers
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to land EU commitments and meet local requirements
- Represent EU market to leadership with a clear invest/adjust perspective
Key requirements
- 8+ years of product management leadership in enterprise SaaS or data platforms
- Deep life sciences commercial, medical, and regulatory domain knowledge including HCP/HCO data, Rx data, claims, and field operations across multiple EU markets
- Strong understanding of EU market dynamics and regulatory/data-privacy requirements (GDPR, data residency, EMA)
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML, analytics, or data platforms with credible product storytelling for customers and engineers
- Proven ability to build relationships and drive executive-level customer conversations into product direction
- Data-driven mindset with ability to set and report on success metrics
- Ability to influence across globally distributed, remote-first teams
- Bachelor's degree or higher; equivalent experience
- Nice to Have: experience with Veeva Vault/CRM; AI-native product experience; multilingual in European languages
