What You'll Do
Lead a key enterprise customer in the IT Operations and implementation of Veeva Quality Cloud suite Manage a multi-year, multi-phased global implementation program, overseeing all aspects of program and project management, including resource planning, team leadership, project tracking, and forecasting Act as the primary customer liaison, managing all communication and relationships between the project team, customer, and internal stakeholders Oversee customer release management programs and IT operations for Veeva Quality Cloud suite Analyze customer requirements and new product features to develop customer adoption and enhancement roadmaps Mentor project teams and junior consultants within the Quality Services organization Guide customers in adopting Quality Cloud and industry best practices as part of post-implementation programs focused on continuous improvement Requirements 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Consulting, or Product Management, with a proven track record of leading system implementation projects Experience leading large-scale Enterprise projects Proven ability to work both independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment Experience in assembling, planning, resourcing, budgeting, and leading project teams Experience designing and executing on effective project governance models for large enterprises Strong technical affinity and/or hands-on experience with software implementation Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage with senior/executive-level stakeholders Good understanding of Saa S and Gx P principles Ability to travel 25-50%; easy access to an airport Must be legally authorized to be employed in the EU.
