Program Overview
The Master Class is an entry path designed for early‑career professionals who want to pivot into Life Sciences consulting. The program begins in April 2026 and offers a full‑time, work‑anywhere experience, with up to 20% travel.
What You’ll Do
- Support and deliver all components of customer engagements – including communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, process and data analysis, and timeline management.
- Collaborate with Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimize customer operating models, engagement flows, processes and business performance.
- Leverage Veeva’s software and data to develop tangible business and operational solutions.
Requirements
- 3‑5 years of experience from one of the following paths: Life Sciences industry experience, an advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD), or non‑consulting work history.
- Desire to work in an intense, challenging program and environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A problem‑solving mindset – anticipating issues early, analyzing, and proactively finding solutions.
- A process‑driven attitude, with a passion for digging into operations, numbers, and data to uncover improvement opportunities.
- High work ethic.
- High integrity and honesty.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time per year.
Application Process
Submit resume, short cover letter or questions, and complete a personality test. Within one week, receive a notification via email about next steps. Next step: a 45‑minute interview with the Executive Leader of the practice, followed by a case exercise. One week is provided to prepare. Within one week after that, receive an offer or rejection. Two weeks to accept the offer; acceptance is required for the start date.
Work Authorization
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United Kingdom. Veeva cannot provide visa sponsorship.
Work Environment
Veeva is a work‑anywhere company; employees may work in an office or remotely from home on any given day. No requirement to live near a Veeva office, though proximity to an airport and ability to meet travel requirements are needed.
