The Role
As a Principal Consultant in our Commercial Business Consulting practice, you won't just advise on the future of Life Sciences - you'll be building it. We help our customers bring treatments to patients faster by fundamentally transforming their operating models, powered by the industry's most advanced technology, AI and data.
What You'll Do
- Project Mastery: Act as the Lead for Veeva BC's largest and most complex global projects, maintaining full accountability for excellence across multiple teams.
- Strategic Growth: Lead and own Business Development for Commercial BC, focusing on architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M+.
- People Leadership: Manage and mentor high-performing consulting teams, taking responsibility for the professional growth and delivery standards of the practice.
- Thought Leadership: Develop and champion industry-leading thought leadership in Commercial/Medical/Tech/AI to keep Veeva at the cutting edge of Life Sciences.
- Customer Success: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, leveraging Veeva's data and software to solve their most critical challenges.
Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years of Life Sciences Consulting experience (Management Consulting preferred).
- Track Record: Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements.
- Expertise: Deep domain knowledge in areas such as Go-to-Market strategy, Brand Planning, Product Launch, Omnichannel strategy, Segmentation and targeting, combined with a comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences landscape.
- Leadership: Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior-level customer relationships.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.

- Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions.
