Associate Business Consultant - Life Sciences Quality in London

Veeva Systems is building the industry cloud for Life Sciences to help companies work in a more efficient and connected way. Consulting is changing, and we’re not like other firms. Veeva Business Consulting was launched in 2019 and has grown quickly and organically to a global organization of over 400 people. Our team is focused on making the life sciences industry more efficient and effective through software, data, and consulting working together.

We are hiring recent university graduates to grow the next generation of consultants through our Business Consultant Development Program. Our program is specifically designed to provide a challenging environment to learn quickly and deliver value early, equipping you with the resources to drive your growth as a Business Consultant, and future leader. Early in the program, you will collaborate with experienced team members on customer-facing engagements to create high-impact business solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Support and deliver all components of customer engagements (e.g., customer communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, process and data analysis, managing timelines).
• Collaborate with Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimize customer operating and engagement models, processes, and business performance.
• Leverage Veeva’s software and data to pull through tangible business and operational solutions.

Requirements:

• Desire to work within an intense, challenging program and environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A process-driven person who loves digging into operations, numbers, and other data to find opportunities for improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3.0 to 4.0 GPA in any major.
• Recent university graduate (up to 1 year postgraduate experience maximum).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• High work ethic.
• High integrity and honesty.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of your time per year.

The Process:

• Application: Submit your resume, short cover letter of questions, and take a personality test.
• Leader Interview: A 45-minute interview with a leader of the practice.
• Case Exercise: Complete a case exercise within a week if we proceed.
• Offer: Within one week after completing your case exercise, we will extend you an offer or let you know that we do not wish to move forward.

Compensation:

• Starting Salary: 45,000 GBP.
• After one year, if you perform well, you will receive a significant salary increase and be granted equity.

Work Environment:

Veeva is a Work Anywhere company. You can choose to work in an office or remotely from home on any given day of the week. Associate Business Consultants must live within a maximum commuting distance of 45 minutes to 1 hour from Veeva’s London office.
