Responsibilities
- Serve as hands-on SME for enterprise AI platforms, guiding platform selection and use cases
- Partner with consulting teams to discover, evaluate, and prioritize AI and automation opportunities
- Rapidly prototype, test, and validate AI concepts, standardizing prompts and reusable assets
- Collaborate with AI Engineering to transition concepts into scalable applications and integrations
- Lead AI enablement initiatives, including workshops, training, and change management
- Establish quality frameworks, test cases, and evaluation criteria for AI output
- Track and report AI adoption, productivity gains, and business impact
- Reinforce AI governance, data privacy, and security guidelines
- Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, technology consulting, AI enablement, or solution analysis
- Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms (Claude, Gemini)
- Ability to translate business problems into structured AI use cases
- Experience evaluating AI output quality, testing scenarios, and risk/hallucination edge cases
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with experience in technical workshops or training
