We are looking for a skilled Account Partner to drive sales and customer success for Veeva LIMS to emerging and established biotechnology companies. This high‑impact opportunity requires experience selling QC‑focused technology and an entrepreneurial mindset around bringing a new application to market within an established industry leader.
What You’ll Do
- You will be a foundational member of the Veeva LIMS sales organization and help establish the product as the go‑to LIMS solution for biotechs.
- Actively pursue and achieve team quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Understand and execute the full sales cycle, leveraging internal and external resources as appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal colleagues to build a sales strategy for Veeva LIMS.
- Act with urgency, integrity, and a relentless focus on customer success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience selling LIMS across biopharma sponsors.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Entrepreneurial instincts with the ability to translate strategy into operations.
- Demonstrated success in a consultative sales role to C‑Level executives.
- Ability to articulate business cases and value propositions to C‑Level executives.
- Creative mindset to make things happen.
- Strong team‑first mentality and collaborative work style.

- Fluency in any additional European languages, especially French and German.
