The Role
As a Senior Consultant in our European Professional Services team, you will partner with top global pharma organisations to solve critical business challenges. By implementing Veeva’s Commercial Cloud products (PromoMats/DAM, and Medical), you will deliver cutting‑edge, AI‑powered solutions that drive the life sciences industry toward more connected, data‑driven customer relationships. You’ll lead business process due diligence, design and implement robust and scalable solutions, and drive successful projects, through a variety of roles including Project Manager, Lead Solution Architect and PO/Business Analyst.

The ability to travel domestically and abroad is required (VISA not being handled by Veeva). The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and ideally one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, or Spanish. The role is ideally based in the area of a Veeva office (Barcelona, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Berlin), but other EU locations will be considered.
What You’ll Do
- Own delivery for implementation projects in project manager, functional analyst, solution architect, and stream lead roles
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to drive the optimization and harmonization of business processes, and translate them into actionable and scalable solutions
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders across enterprise and SMB organizations
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and implementation partners
- Contribute to internal initiatives to continuously improve service quality and delivery frameworks
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technology implementation projects in one of the following roles: Project Manager, Functional Analyst, Solution Architect
- Hands‑on experience and confidence with Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Vault Platform, or Salesforce.com Platform
- Experience working with a Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health or Medical Device organization
- Strong consulting background with proven ability to architect, drive best practices, and manage stakeholder relationships
- Strong and effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments
- Able to travel approximately 20%
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Nice To Have
- Implementation of regulated content management systems such as Veeva Vault, OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum, FirstDoc/FirstPoint, NextDocs, CARA, Vodori, etc.
- Experience working with a DAM tool such as Aprimo, Adobe, Bynder, Box, etc.
- An understanding of Claims, DAM (Digital Asset Management), Modular Content, MLR review, and European regulatory requirements (e.g., ABPI, ANSM, AIFA)
- Understanding of life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements (e.g. GxP, GcP)
- Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP)
- Veeva certification
- Experience with product pre‑sales, solution consulting, or engagement management
