What You’ll Do
- Own delivery for implementation and migration projects in project manager, functional analyst, solution architect, and stream lead roles.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to drive the optimization and harmonization of business processes, and translate them into actionable and scalable solutions.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders across enterprise and SMB organizations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and implementation partners.
- Contribute to internal initiatives to continuously improve service quality and delivery frameworks.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in SaaS technology implementation projects in roles such as Project Manager, Functional Analyst, Solution Architect, or Product Owner.
- Familiarity with CRM ecosystems.
- Strong consulting background with proven ability to architect, drive best practices, and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Strong and effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to travel approximately 20% (domestic and international travel is required).
Nice to Have
- Experience working in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Consumer Health sectors.
- Hands‑on experience with Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault Platform, Salesforce.com Platform, or similar.
- Proficiency in SQL, MDL, Python.
- Fluency in one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, or Spanish (Euro‑regional locations such as Barcelona, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Berlin are preferred; other EU locations will be considered).
