The Role
As the Product Owner for Link Key Accounts, you will drive the development and success of our SaaS solutions within the US healthcare ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features, shape prompt design, and ensure our product meets the complex needs of life sciences customers and their key accounts.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end delivery of key product features, partnering closely with data, design, and engineering teams
- Lead the development and launch of AI-powered features, providing thought leadership on prompt design, evaluation, and implementation
- Define and manage technical product requirements, including API specifications and medical claims-based capabilities
- Implement and analyze product usage analytics to understand user journeys, measure success, and improve new-feature adoption
- Engage directly with customers through structured feedback sessions to understand their needs and iterate on newly released features
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within an established software organization
- 2+ years of experience focused on SaaS products specifically within the US healthcare ecosystem
- A technical degree or equivalent hands-on technical experience
- Proven experience defining and shipping AI/ML-powered product features
Nice to Have
- Experience working with life sciences commercial, market access, or key account management teams
- Based in the UK, Spain, or Germany (preferred locations)
