Principal Business Consultant - Life Sciences Quality in London

The Role: As a Principal Business Consultant in our Quality Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.

Our Quality Practice supports global Operations teams in delivering safe and effective products efficiently to more patients. We focus on Quality process and operating model improvement spanning Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Training across Pharma, MedTech, and Consumer products. Our team is growing rapidly. As a Principal, you will contribute to our growth by owning a strategic growth area, help us build a team, and oversee selling and delivering of consulting programs.

What You'll Do:

• Project Mastery: Act as the Lead for Veeva BC’s largest and most complex global projects, maintaining full accountability for excellence across multiple teams.
• Strategic Growth: Lead and own Business Development for the Quality Practice, focusing on architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M+.
• People Leadership: Manage and mentor high-performing consulting teams, taking responsibility for the professional growth and delivery standards of the practice.
• Thought Leadership: Develop and champion industry-leading thought leadership in Quality to keep Veeva at the cutting edge of Life Sciences.
• Customer Success: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, leveraging Veeva’s data and software to solve their most critical challenges.

Requirements:

• Experience: 10+ years of Life Sciences Consulting experience (Management Consulting preferred).
• Track Record: Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements.
• Expertise: Deep domain knowledge in Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and a comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences landscape.
• Leadership: Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior-level customer relationships.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Knowledge of Veeva products.
• Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions.
