At VEED, our mission is to make video creation accessible to anyone. No hard‑to‑use equipment, painful learning curve, or keeping track of multiple subscriptions to take your ideas from record → share. With VEED, you can do this with a single tool. In just a few years, we’ve gone from one user to millions. From no revenue to $45M+ ARR. From bootstrapped to backed by Sequoia, one of the biggest VC firms in the world. From a team of two to a team of 180+. And we’re seeking more talented, motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to join our growing team.

Where And How We Work

At VEED we are hybrid, enabling teams and individuals to design their day and integrate work and life. For our London, Amsterdam, and Barcelona‑based teammates, we ask that you spend 3 days a week in the office during your first 6 months — it’s the best way to connect, collaborate, and get to know your team. After that, you’ll shift to 1 day a week in the office, with flexibility to choose the day that suits you best.

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth who lives in the data and thrives at the intersection of product and commercial. Your job is to understand what drives someone from visitor to paying user to retained customer, and systematically improve every step of that journey. You’ll own the product‑side growth roadmap: acquisition hooks, activation flows, monetisation surfaces, and paywall logic. You’ll also own the tooling and vendor relationships that power our product stack: knowing what we’re paying, why, and whether it’s working. This is a high‑autonomy, high‑output role. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, data, and the commercial team. We’re hiring this role in parallel with the Director of Growth, which means you’ll report to the CRO at the start and transition to the Director of Growth once that hire is made.

What you’ll own

  • End‑to‑end ownership of the growth funnel in the product: where do users come from, where do they drop off, what gets them to value
  • Prioritised experimentation roadmap across acquisition (landing pages, onboarding), activation (first‑session experience, aha moments), and monetisation (upgrade prompts, pricing surfaces, plan structure)
  • Clear documentation of what’s been tested, what’s worked, and what the current best‑performing variants are

Acquisition and activation

  • Working with engineering on acquisition‑layer features: referral, sharing, virality loops, embed mechanics
  • Owning the activation funnel spec: what does a great first 10 minutes look like? What behaviours predict retention?
  • Collaborating with the organic and paid teams to ensure landing page and onboarding experiences match channel intent

Monetisation

  • Pricing strategy recommendations: pricing and packaging, where upgrade prompts appear, how they’re framed, what the flow looks like
  • Experiment with plan structure, trial mechanics, and paywall logic to improve free‑to‑paid conversion
  • Partner with the CRO and Finance on understanding the unit economics implications of monetisation changes

Tooling and vendor management (money in/money out)

  • Own and audit the product tooling stack: what we use, what it costs, what it delivers
  • Manage vendor relationships for key growth tools (analytics, experimentation, CRM integrations, automation)
  • Flag redundancies, gaps, and upgrade/downgrade decisions with a clear commercial rationale
  • Keep a single source of truth on growth tool spend and contract status

What you bring

  • Experience in a growth‑focused role at a PLG SaaS/AI company
  • Strong command of funnel metrics: activation rates, D7/D30 retention, free‑to‑paid conversion, payback period
  • Hands‑on experience running A/B and multivariate experiments: knows how to design a clean test, read the results, and ship the winner
  • Comfortable working directly in analytics tools (Amplitude, Metabase, or similar)
  • Sharp commercial instincts: understands unit economics and can connect product decisions to LTV:CAC outcomes
  • Experience managing a growth tooling stack: not just using tools, but owning vendor relationships and spend decisions
  • Clear, concise communicator who can write a tight spec and a tight Slack message
  • Bias for action: can move fast, iterate in public, and isn’t precious about being wrong
  • AI‑native: you use AI tools to work faster and think bigger, and can apply that lens to how our users work too

Bonus: experience in a marketing SaaS, creator tools, or AI product; familiarity with both PLG and sales‑assisted motions

Why VEED

  • You’ll have real scope: this isn’t a "run experiments in a lane" role. You’ll shape the funnel and the stack
  • Close partnership with the CRO and CTO; your work will be visible and directly tied to revenue
  • A product people genuinely love
  • Sequoia‑backed with strong fundamentals and a clear trajectory

What we offer

  • Monthly subsidy programme: Everyone values different things, so we give you a monthly allowance to spend how it suits you best — whether that’s on office furniture, childcare, gym memberships, or anything else that makes your life easier.
  • Unlimited paid holidays: Time with family, friends, or just yourself is priceless.
  • Home office set‑up: We make sure your home office is fully equipped with everything you need — laptop, monitors, headsets, keyboards, and more — so you can work comfortably and creatively.
  • Mental health benefit: We’ve partnered with Spill to offer confidential mental health support to all our team members.
  • Equity: When VEED wins, you win. Our stock options let you share in the company’s growth and be a part of our journey.

Even if you don’t have every skill listed here, we encourage you to apply. We value curiosity, drive, and the ability to learn just as much as existing expertise. We think what matters is people. After all, a company is just a group of people. We don’t care where you’re from, what school you went to or where you worked before. If you’ve done exceptional work, we want to hear from you. Join us on our mission to make creative storytelling with video simple and accessible for everyone.
