About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and creativeStudio Manager / Creator to oversee our content production workflow and help bring ideas to life. In this hybrid role, you’ll manage projects, organize studio operations, and contribute as a hands-on content creator. You’ll be a key player in keeping our production process smooth while helping create engaging, high-quality content.
What you will do
- Coordinate production timelines and deliverables across content projects
- Manage shoot schedules, briefs, assets, and creative approvals
- Maintain content calendars and organize internal workflows
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and external talent
- Keep the production pipeline running smoothly
Content Creation
- Support with scripting, planning, and on-set production
- Contribute to shoots or film content yourself (depending on experience)
- Help develop creative content ideas for social, campaigns, or internal use
- Work closely with other creators to bring concepts to life
Creative Operations
- Ensure all content aligns with brand and visual guidelines
- Manage digital assets, tools, and file organization
- Oversee version control, naming conventions, and archiving
- Contribute to visual quality control and consistency
- Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams
- Optimize production workflows based on team input
- Research trends, new formats, and relevant creative tools
- Help refine how we work, create, and collaborate as a team
About you
- Experience in studio or production management, creative operations, or content coordination
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines across multiple projects
- A creative mindset and interest in visual storytelling
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Bonus: experience in editing, shooting, or being on camera is a big plus
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Based in London, with hybrid working (some days in studio or on shoots) – Minimum 2 days in the office per week
- Flexibility needed around deadlines and production schedules
