Where And How We Work

At VEED we are hybrid, enabling teams and individuals to design their day and integrate work and life. For our London, Amsterdam, and Barcelona-based teammates, we ask that you spend 3 days a week in the office during your first 6 months — it’s the best way to connect, collaborate, and get to know your team. After that, you’ll shift to 1 day a week in the office, with flexibility to choose the day that suits you best.

About The Team

The Business Operations & Strategy team at VEED is a high-impact, cross-functional team driving operational excellence and strategic growth. Focused on owning the company’s P&L, operational processes, and cross-functional special projects, the BizOps team plays a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of VEED. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution, driving meaningful impact across the company to align day-to-day operations with long-term strategic goals. You will also work closely with the Finance and Data teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and effective resource allocation.

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical BizOps associate to join our growing Business Operations team. In this role, you will own cross-functional initiatives from leading OKRs & month-end reporting across the company, to partnering with product & growth to re-shape our pricing & packaging, and everything in between. Your work will contribute directly to operational efficiency and strategic alignment as we scale. What You’ll Do

• Revenue Operations (~30-35% of your time): Own B2B revenue operations: Partner with Sales, CS, Finance, and Data to optimize the revenue engine. Build sales dashboards and funnel analytics, manage forecasting and quota-setting, administer HubSpot and revenue tech stack, design commission plans, and deliver monthly revenue reporting with actionable insights.
• OKRs and reporting (~25-30% of your time): Work closely with the Data team to ensure accurate alignment and tracking of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) at a company, organizational, and team levels. Own our monthly reporting cadences, partnering with data, product, growth and finance to uncover trends, and create top-tier reporting that provides actionable insights for leadership and teams.
• Financial & headcount planning (~25-30% of your time): Inform and shape the company’s budget by building financial models, analyzing historical data, and forecasting future trends. You’ll play a key role in aligning financial resources with strategic goals and ensuring effective resource allocation. Drive company-wide headcount planning & investment: You will help own headcount planning, budgeting, and investment tradeoffs for the business to enable fast execution without waste.
• Pricing, packaging and others (~20% of your time): Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams on pricing/growth strategies by developing and refining pricing models. This includes analyzing customer behaviour, market dynamics and competitive landscapes to recommend pricing structures and growth areas that optimize for customer value. Help build an AI-Native company: You will reject old processes and manual work by integrating AI agents and automation into the Operations workflow, building a modern stack that moves at the speed of VEED.

About You

Essential

• 2 years of work experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, venture capital or private equity, ideally followed by 1+ years of start-up/high-growth tech experience.
• Technical & Analytical knowhow: You are an Excel modelling expert, have solid data skills (SQL + visualisation tools), and technical literacy to gain immediate credibility with business leaders. Ops at VEED works very closely with data, so you should be comfortable diving into raw datasets. You don’t just look at dashboards: you enjoy getting "under the hood" to uncover patterns and drive informed decision-making.
• AI-first approach: You proactively integrate AI tools into your daily life to automate routine tasks and are a vocal advocate for evolving processes to drive efficiency.
• Strategic thinker with operational rigor: You are equally comfortable zooming out to shape direction and zooming in to get things done.
• Owner’s Mindset: You take pride in seeing initiatives through to the finish line. You don’t just identify problems; you own the solution, ensuring that your cross-functional partners feel supported and that no critical task is left behind. You take pride in your work and possess a resourceful and solution-oriented approach: If a task is on your plate, you take full responsibility for driving it across the finish line.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams is desired (e.g., product, sales, and customer success).
• A track record of success - either demonstrated through rapid promotions at work or other accolades.
• Experience working in AI-first companies.
• Highly detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving - and a bias for taking action.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
