Veeam is seeking a Lead Customer Success Engineer to own long-term customer outcomes for the Securiti Data Command Center platform in the UK. You will lead onboarding, adoption, and optimization, proactively identify churn risk and upsell opportunities, and apply deep expertise in DSPM, Privacy, Data Security, and AI Governance to deliver measurable customer value. You will setup customer accounts, facilitate onboarding, orient stakeholders, walk through administration portals, introduce support.
