This role functions as the senior benefits partner for the EMEA region across Veeam. Serves as a subject matter expert and advisor on benefit issues for the respective HR partnership teams. This person will drive successful completion of processes in the EMEA region, such as: benefit administration, benchmarking, and new and enhanced benefit offerings across 20+ countries. Responsibilities Functions as the senior benefits partner for EMEA countries. Works closely with HR and applicable teams on day-to-day benefit items. Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws governing benefits programs in each country within the EMEA region to recommend improvements or changes. Supports key recurring initiatives: benchmarking, benefit plan design review, and renewal of policies. Responsible for day-to-day benefit administration including enrolment, invoicing, local compliance, and auditing to ensure data integrity. Acts as a resource for employee benefit questions and collaborates with brokers and providers for escalated employee benefit issues. Effective communication and rollout of new benefit programs or changes to existing programs into the regions the role supports. Conduct audits of benefits packages and policies to ensure the company’s processes are compliant and implement plan changes as necessary. Analyse plan data to identify trends, track performance and make recommendations for plan improvements. Drives delivery of processes looking to streamline efficiency and best use of technology, including working to automate the processes in Workday. Support onboarding of new Legal Entities and the setup of new benefit packages in country and attend all project related meetings as the benefits CoE. Opportunities to support projects across different regions, approaching benefits with a global view. Identify opportunities to improve existing and sustainable processes to enhance the employee and administrative experience. Performs other duties and projects as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, Human Resources/Business or related field. Knowledge of benefit regulations. Prior Workday exposure is a plus. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize work, focus and juggle many things at once. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams. Demonstrated presentation skills to audiences of varying size. #J-18808-Ljbffr
