Overview

HR Director – EMEA Sales at Veeam Software. Join the Veeam People & Culture team and help advise our functional sales leaders on leadership, organization, talent and DE&I initiatives. This is a high-impact, collaborative HR leadership role that partners with the EMEA Senior VP and regional leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.

We are hiring to fill the HR Director – EMEA Sales position to support the EMEA region and contribute to the overall success of the business function. This role requires excellent communication, influence, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership: act as a strategic advisor across leadership, organization, talent and DE&I initiatives; partner with the EMEA Senior VP and regional leaders to deliver aligned HR strategies and solutions.
  • Organizational Alignment: align people and organization priorities with business strategy; anticipate needs and build for tomorrow.
  • Regional Talent Strategy: develop a regional talent strategy across EMEA.
  • Organizational Effectiveness and Development: lead team effectiveness and other interventions to accelerate impact; coach leaders on team effectiveness, high performance, and employee engagement.
  • Change Management: support and drive change management initiatives and organizational transformations.
  • Talent Management and Development: advise on organizational structure, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development; apply knowledge of talent acquisition, retention mechanisms, and development practices.
  • Culture and Inclusion: champion a high-performance, inclusive culture; incorporate Veeam values in decision making and ensure a vibrant, representative workforce.
  • HR Analytics and Programs: analyze HR metrics to inform decisions and collaborate with Centers of Expertise to implement enterprise-wide programs.
  • Mentorship: provide guidance to junior HRBPs and HR team members as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HRBP or HR leadership role.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of influencing leadership and driving change.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with competing priorities.
  • Experience supporting leaders in a matrixed or global organization is a plus.
