The London office of Vedder is offering training contracts (earning two years of QWE) to commence in 2027. This is an exciting opportunity for those who are ready to start a training contract and work toward qualifying as a solicitor. Our London office comprises industry-leading practice groups within the areas of Global Transportation Finance, Finance & Transactions, Employment and Litigation. Trainee solicitors will gain experience within all practice groups, working with our lawyers on complex and client-facing matters. With a limited number of contracts offered annually, trainees have the opportunity to work directly with senior lawyers to develop a strong practical skillset.

You have a strong academic record and a graduate or post-graduate degree in law; and have successfully completed the SQE (I and II) or are in process on the SQE route. You have an interest in the Global Transportation Finance (GTF) practice area, as it is anticipated that the trainee solicitors selected will join the GTF team upon qualification, should an offer of post-qualification employment be extended. Ideal candidates have at least six months of corporate paralegal experience and transferrable corporate skills.
