We are looking for a highly motivated Personal Assistant Intern for the Chairman’s office. The Chairman’s office is a fast-paced office environment, and the candidate needs to have a can-do flexible and proactive approach with the continuous changes that occur. The candidate needs to be presentable, resilient, be able to multitask, be flexible with their timings and should be able to be resourceful and think outside the box for any requests to get a job done and provide solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing business and personal appointments, including diary coordination.
- Handling general office administrative duties and adapting efficiently to last-minute changes.
- Maintaining a proactive and flexible approach in a dynamic, fast-growing company.
