Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional marketing plans that align with UKI & Northern Europe sales objectives and global growth priorities.
- Drive pipeline through high‑impact campaigns aligned to go‑to‑market motions across prospects, customers, and partners, supporting both enterprise and commercial segments.
- Partner cross‑functionally with sales, channel, customer success, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
- Collaborate with partners including MSSPs, VARs, distributors, and strategic alliances to build and run joint marketing initiatives that increase visibility and generate shared pipeline.
- Support the creation and delivery of partner activation and enablement programs that enhance readiness, deepen engagement, and accelerate revenue through partner ecosystems.
- Plan and execute high‑impact regional engagements including roundtables, trade shows, conferences, executive experiences, webinars, and virtual events.
- Oversee vendor management, logistics, promotional activities, and all event phases including pre‑event planning, onsite execution, and post‑event follow‑up to maximize engagement and ROI.
- Launch digital and in‑person programs that support the full sales cycle and increase engagement with priority accounts and verticals.
- Partner with global campaign and digital teams to adapt assets, messaging, and nurture journeys for local market relevance.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to develop and promote customer stories, testimonials, and advocacy initiatives.
- Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI, continually optimizing based on data‑driven insights.
- Provide localized tools, assets, content, and recommendations that help sales teams progress opportunities.
- Manage regional marketing budgets efficiently, working with agencies, partners, and vendors to deliver impactful outcomes.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with local regulations and resonate culturally and linguistically with target audiences.
Your Profile:
Experience and Expertise:
- Proven success in field and partner marketing roles within the cybersecurity or broader B2B technology industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead regional campaigns and execute partner‑focused programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

Location and Travel:
This role is remote‑based in the United Kingdom. Travel across the UK and Ireland and Northern Europe will be required to support events, partner activities, internal meetings, and customer engagements.
