As Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in integrating newly acquired entities in Germany and Switzerland into a global finance organization. You will take ownership of financial reporting, compliance, and process improvements while partnering with local and international stakeholders to build scalable, efficient accounting operations. You will work with senior finance leaders while driving IFRS reporting, compliance, and process improvements across international operations.

The Finance team enables business growth through accurate reporting, strong financial governance, and seamless integration of newly acquired businesses across the organization.

During this role you will:

  • Own monthly financial reporting and closing activities for German and Swiss entities
  • Support the onboarding and integration of newly acquired companies into group finance processes and systems
  • Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
  • Partner with auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and statutory reporting requirements are met
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency across the finance function
