- Strong academic background, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent narrative, storytelling, and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences and formats
- Ability to demonstrate experience producing high‑quality lead generation, editorial, or sales collateral that delivers clear and persuasive messaging
- Strong interest in AI, with a good understanding of the current landscape and how emerging technologies are reshaping business, marketing, and operations
- Hands‑on experience using a range of AI tools and agentic systems in a practical setting, with the ability to apply them intelligently to research, content creation, planning, and productivity

Job Responsibilities

- Support top‑of‑funnel lead generation activity, including prospect research, list building, outbound campaign support, and CRM hygiene
- Assist in the planning, organisation, and execution of events, including roundtables, networking events, industry conferences, and client‑facing sessions
- Work closely with leadership to support broader growth and business development initiatives
- Help maintain consistent brand messaging across external communications and lead generation materials
- Use AI tools and agentic systems to support research, content development, workflow efficiency, outreach preparation, and broader growth activity
- Track campaign and outreach activity, reporting on lead generation and engagement metrics
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new commercial opportunities
- Support follow‑up activity after events and campaigns to help convert interest into qualified opportunities
