As a Lead Data and AI Architect, you will join our team and work on exciting AI projects for the Insurance and Banking sectors. Job Requirements

• Expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks, along with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SRE, QA, DevSecOps, Agile).
• Deep expertise in leading complex technical and operational client projects in the areas of Data, AI, and Cloud.
• Strong record of delivering projects under tight deadlines and stringent functional and non‑functional requirements. Experience in banking, insurance, or retail production environments is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• 10+ years of professional experience in a leading software engineering role, either as a software architect or team lead.
• Ability to quickly identify and prioritise technological challenges, and provide innovative and relevant solutions, both during client projects and in business development activities.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally to meet clients or collaborate with our centres of excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Hands‐on role: write architecture/design specifications, code, perform code reviews, and be involved in all phases of software engineering.
• Support sales team in pre‑sales conversations, RFP processes, and demonstrate our capabilities and value proposition in the AI domain.
• Work on proof‑of‑concepts and prototypes to showcase the feasibility and impact of AI solutions for specific use cases and verticals.
• Advise clients in technical workshops throughout the entire client lifecycle, from conceptualisation to implementation and maintenance, assisting them in formulating AI architecture, strategy, and development plans.
• Lead engineering projects end‑to‑end, ensuring client satisfaction and trust, and fostering long‑term partnerships.
• Coordinate and supervise the delivery of high‑quality AI solutions with our centres of excellence, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations.
