What You'll Be Doing
With expert guidance and support, you'll gradually take ownership of:
- Finding great people. Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for roles across the pharmaceutical outsourcing sector, and learning how to run a search from brief to offer.
- Building relationships. Getting to know clients and candidates, understanding what they need, and growing into a trusted advisor they come back to.
- Growing new business. Spotting opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, and learning how to turn conversations into partnerships, with experienced colleagues coaching you along the way.
- Growing our talent community. Helping engage our network through creative outreach and marketing content.
- Understanding the market. Researching industry trends and talent pools, so your advice is grounded in real insight.
