Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership : Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth. Lead Generation : Identify and qualify new prospects, prioritise leads, and proactively engage with potential clients to build a strong pipeline. Client Engagement : Prepare and deliver tailored capability presentations, addressing client needs and showcasing service excellence. Event Support : Collaborate with BD and Marketing teams to prospect, qualify attendees, and represent the company at industry events. CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and meeting notes in Salesforce; create and present regular sales reports. Strategic Insights : Anticipate client challenges, provide actionable insights, and contribute to strategic decision-making. Collaboration : Partner with the CCO, Global VP Sales, and BD Group Lead to develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring alignment with market trends and client needs. Pricing & Proposals : Develop pricing strategies, negotiate terms, and translate client requirements into detailed business proposals. Operational Coordination : Work closely with internal teams to align timelines, budgets, and service specifications for new projects. Ideal Candidate Profile Experienced in central lab and specialty lab services , with a strong understanding of working with CROs and biotech/pharma clients. A proven track record of developing long-term partnerships with clients while maintaining an operationally hands-on approach. Comfortable navigating dynamic environments, particularly in acquisitive organisations or those undergoing change. Strong digital fluency, with experience leveraging CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and contributing to strategy and process optimization.
