We are a remote-first business that prioritises flexibility and balance, but we believe in the power of face-to-face collaboration. As an Associate Talent Partner , we will provide you with in depth training and development to help you succeed in your role, which is why this position is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days of on-site work in Leeds, in addition to remote working days. We also host bi-weekly hub days in key UK cities for brainstorming, learning, and team-building.

As an Associate Talent Partner , you will partner with senior talent partners and hiring managers to identify, engage, and qualify top talent. This role focuses on supporting end-to-end recruitment processes while contributing to the strategic growth of our business. It’s a dynamic position, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has the drive to succeed in a competitive sector.

What you will be doing?

  • Candidate outreach and engagement: Build, nurture and grow our talent community through content-first marketing that brings insight and value to our community
  • Recruitment Process Management: Support the management of recruitment searches from start to finish, including attending kick-off, preparing candidate briefing documents, sourcing and screening candidates and presenting shortlists.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and strategies to tailor recruitment approaches for specific roles.
  • Industry and Network Development : Build and nurture a network of professionals, including potential candidates and industry leaders, to drive recruitment success and foster business development opportunities.

What you will bring to Vector:

  • 1-2 years experience in recruitment or customer-facing roles

The offer:

We have thoughtfully built the benefits package, some elements are subject to a qualifying period or will be calculated on a pro-rata basis;

  • Competitive compensation – Mix of base and commission. The salary range for this position is £25,000-£30,000.
  • Net contracts – we focus on the output

  • Hybrid role – combination of 2-3 days of in-person meetings and remote working (with a minimum of 1 hub day once a month)
