- A minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognized/certified University in a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience. Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate’s particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to DX, that is, at least 10 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post.
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Power Platform, including business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution specification.
- Strong skills in facilitating workshops, interviews, and stakeholder communications.
Desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master) strongly preferred.
- Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert or equivalent.
Duties/role
- Analysing current financial and procurement processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to map and redesign workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
- Identifying business needs and translating them into elicited, documented, and validated business requirements through workshops, interviews, and analysis.
- Translating these requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories for technical teams, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
- Supporting project delivery by coordinating requirements management, assisting with planning, and tracking progress.
- Facilitating communication between business and technical teams to ensure timely and successful implementation of ERP solutions.
