Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

• A minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognized/certified University in a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience. Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate’s particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to DX, that is, at least 10 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post ;
• Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Power Platform, including business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution specification ;
• Strong skills in facilitating workshops, interviews, and stakeholder communications.

Desirable

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field ;
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master) strongly preferred ;
• Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert or equivalent.

Duties/role

• Analysing current financial and procurement processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Collaborating with stakeholders to map and redesign workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices ;
• Identifying business needs and translating them into elicited, documented, and validated business requirements through workshops, interviews, and analysis. Translating these requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories for technical teams, ensuring solutions meet business needs ;
• Supporting project delivery by coordinating requirements management, assisting with planning, and tracking progress. Facilitating communication between business and technical teams to ensure timely and successful implementation of ERP solutions.
