  • Required qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a nationally recognized or certified university in a related discipline and 3 years of post‑related experience.

Exceptionally, lack of a university degree may be compensated by demonstrating at least 10 years of extensive and progressive experience in duties related to the role.

  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and MS Power Platform, including business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution specification.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, map, and optimize financial and procurement processes; experience developing business cases and functional specifications.
  • Experience supporting ERP project delivery, including requirements management, planning, and progress tracking.
  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops, interviews, and stakeholder communications.
  • Experience utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) to assist in capturing, refining, and tracking user requirements.
  • Experience developing modern Agentic solutions for common business problems.
  • Experience assisting with change management activities, user training, and adoption of new systems.
  • Hands‑on involvement in system configuration, data migration, testing (including UAT), and documentation.
  • Familiarity with system integration, data migration, and configuration within ERP environments.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum project environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or similar certification.

Desirable qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Project Management certification (e. g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master) strongly preferred.
  • Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Agentic software development, especially supporting workflows orchestrated by AI agents.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Analyze current financial and procurement processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to map and redesign workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
  • Identify business needs and translate them into elicited, documented, and validated business requirements through workshops, interviews, and analysis.
  • Translate these requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories for technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Support project delivery by coordinating requirements management, assisting with planning, and tracking progress.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure timely and successful implementation of ERP solutions.
  • Engage with key users, business leaders, and stakeholders to gather input, provide updates, and manage expectations.
  • Foster collaboration and ensure all parties are informed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in developing and executing change management plans to support user adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Provide training, create user guides, and offer ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Participate in system configuration, data migration, and testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Develop comprehensive documentation such as process flows and functional specifications to support implementation and future enhancements.
  • Support end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget while working in an agile manner and adopting frameworks such as Scrum.
  • Provide end‑user and technical team how‑to guides and training on developed features, and produce structured documentation and reporting outlining implementation steps, system behavior, and key technical considerations.
