Our client is looking for a CRM Project Manager to define, select and deliver a single CRM platform for two organisations coming together through acquisition.
You will align stakeholders across both businesses, turn operational needs into a global CRM strategy and lead the programme from discovery and RFP through implementation and go-live.
This role is focused on platform independence, process harmonisation and adoption across a business that will triple in size.
Responsibilities
- Define the global CRM strategy, scope, roadmap and measures of success for the combined organisation.
- Lead discovery across both businesses, mapping current processes, systems, data, integrations and regional requirements.
- Align senior stakeholders on the future operating model, priorities and decisions needed to create one global CRM capability.
- Assess the acquired organisation’s existing Salesforce estate without treating it as the default target platform.
- Build a vendor-neutral requirements framework covering functional needs, architecture, data, security, integration, scalability and user adoption.
- Run the RFI and RFP process, including market assessment, vendor shortlisting, demonstrations, scoring, reference checks and commercial evaluation.
- Develop the business case and present a clear platform and implementation partner recommendation to senior decision-makers.
- Establish programme governance, delivery plans, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and decision controls.
- Direct implementation through design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, change, training and phased rollout.
- Drive adoption, benefits realisation and the transition of the platform into a sustainable operating and ownership model.
